These Terms of Use govern your access to the LogiRoot websites (logirootai.com and app.logirootai.com), operated by LogiRoot AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("LogiRoot," "we," "us").

Product terms are separate. Subscriptions to the LogiRoot platform purchased through AWS Marketplace are governed by the contract presented in the applicable AWS Marketplace offer (including the AWS Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace where applicable) and our refund policy. If those terms conflict with this page, the offer terms control for the product.

Use of the site. You may use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or circumvent its security or access controls, scrape it at abusive volume, or misrepresent your affiliation with LogiRoot. Use of the platform itself is additionally subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Accounts. Dashboard access uses email-based sign-in. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for activity under your sign-in.

Intellectual property. The site and its content are the property of LogiRoot AI, Inc. and are protected by intellectual-property law, including pending patent applications. No license is granted by viewing this site.

Disclaimers. The site is provided "as is." Content is for general information and does not constitute legal or compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogiRoot disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the site, and our aggregate liability arising from use of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars (USD).

Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes to product-related terms for existing customers are handled through the marketplace contract, not this page.

Governing law. These site terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the text message program operated by LogiRoot AI, Inc.

Program description. LogiRoot AI, Inc. sends one-time sign-in passcodes and operational alerts to authorized operators who have opted in to receive them.

How to opt in. Text START to (530) 625-7749 from the mobile number where you want to receive messages. By opting in you agree to receive automated text messages from LogiRoot AI, Inc. at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on system activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. LogiRoot AI, Inc. does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@logirootai.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers and devices. Service availability depends on your carrier and device.
